Music and Lyrics tells about two people who fall in love along with the rhythm of song that they write together. Alex Fletcher is used to be one of the members of Pop, a hits-maker boy band back in the 80’s. While Sophie Fisher is an ordinary girl who happens to be a born lyricist and has a traumatic past with her ex-boyfriend. They become know each other when Sophie substitutes her friend Jane watering the plant in Alex’s apartment. It all starts when Sophie is watering the plant while Alex is trying to write a song for Cora, Shakira’s porn version who becomes the new big star-it will help Alex to make a comeback after his 15 years failed solo album, without realizing it, Sophie continues the lyric by humming it. Then, Alex decides to hire Sophie to help him write the song. In the making of the song, they spend a lot of time together and become close then fall in love with each other. Seeing Hugh Grant, Drew Barrymore as the leading role actors and Marc Lawrence as the director who on the credit title, it is surely made a high expectation. Eventually, it is. It’s like an easy listening song, you will love it right for the very first time. Freshly funny and enchanting, the chemistry between Grant and Barrymore is great. Also, not to forget all nice soundtracks especially Way Back Into Love, definitely find a way into my heart-I never thought before that Hugh Grant is actually can sing VERY WELL. The conclusion is, it is more than just an average romantic comedy.

Dibuat berdasarkan buku biografi “The Journey” yang ditulis Antonia Fraser, film ini menceritakan tentang kehidupan Marie Antoinette, seorang tokoh nyata yang merupakan putri Austria yang kemudian menjadi ratu Perancis diusia 19 tahun dengan diangkatnya putra mahkota Louis Auguste yang adalah suaminya, menjadi Louis XVI, raja Perancis. Louis menggantikan ayahnya yang meninggal akibat penyakit campak-pada masa itu, belum ditemukan obatnya sehingga menjadi momok bagi masyarakat. Menurut saya, film ini menarik karena ini adalah film sejarah yang dikemas dengan semangat remaja, mulai dari opening title, kostum-penuh dengan gaun dan sepatu yang indah, sampai pada penuturan cerita. Very colorful and fashionable indeed. Dan, yang paling penting itu adalah by watching this movie, you’ll know that behind all the facts that she is a big spender that she was called “The Queen of Debt”, gambler and party animal, she was just a poor lonely teenage girl.

Fantastic for Fantastic 4 : Rise of The Silver Surfer

Dian said: It is one of the pop corn-summer movies that we’ve been waiting for. I think it is as good as the first movie. Fantastic! It is certainly very entertaining with all those eye candy scenes-not to mention the cutey Chris Evans he…he..and nice humour here and there. In short, it is worth to watch, instead of wasting money and time on those two lame Indonesian horror movies. Well, there are still two movies to go-Shrek The Third and of course, the one and only, Harry Potter and The Orde of Phoenix. Btw, for Idha, this time don’t be such a lazy bump!! Just get the hell to U’r PC and type something for god’s sake!!

I loves Chris evans!!!! he's such a perfect bad boy in this movie. personally, I loves the ending 'coz it indicates that there'll be "Fantastic Four 3". Btw, speaking about candy-movies, dian already told me a billion times, that I should try to watch a-not-eye-candy movies (sorry couldn't find the perfect words!) but it seems that in my nature I loves those kinda movies. Dian, as u can see I already post my comment on this one...Chris Evans ROCKS!!! P.S : I LLLOOOOVVEEEEEEEEEE his BODY..it's SOOOOO sexy!!!!

Yeah, it is sad to admit but it is. Memang sekarang Indonesia lagi giat2nya MENJIPLAK mulai dari sinetron, film, musik, and now, cover kaset! Pathetic!!

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

Dian: It is quite...below my expectation. Everything is good but the plot. The plot is toldly messed, I mean there is a lot of things goin on in this movie that's confusing and some of them are contradicted with the previous movies. Tambahan jg, the romantismenya is lame....the proposing- thing-in-the-middle-of-battle certainly maksa! Well, it doesn't matter....yg penting kan qta sudah taumi. Actually, I've read the bad review but it's been my nature, ndak yakinka ka klo ndak liat dgn mata kepala sendiri.
P. S: Idha said she has nothing more 2 say so she didn't add hers. Lazy girl mentong!

1 Liter of Tears (Ichiru no Namida): LITERALLY!!

Well, yeah, because certainly it will take me one liter tears by the end of this series coz by now i think it has already one and a half. This dorama, a term for Japanese, is based on the true story from the diary of a 15 years-girl named Fujiko Aya that she kept writing until she could no longer hold a pen. It is because she suffered an uncommon illness which the cure hasn’t been found called Spinal Cerebral Degeneration which made her slowly lose the ability to move her body and by the end, even to talk.
As I watch Monday to Friday in Indosiar, ndak pernah ka absen menangis. Hueeeeeeeee……sedih sekali……….how she struggle with her illness, her family that always being supportive, Aso, her cute classmate who sincerely loves her-his affection for Aya is so sweet, sigh.......I wish I can have that kinda love too!! and the actor, Ryuchiro is so damn cute!!!! Kawai dasho!!! Asli bikinka klepek….klepek.. Shortly, everything about this series makes me touched so deeply, U’r no doubt a heart of stone if you don’t. One Liter of Tears (Ichiru no Namida) is simply just want to deliver her strong message which was written in her diary: "Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing". One more thing, I just want to say to all the filmmakers of sinetron-sinetron Indonesia yang kerjanya menjiplak habis-habisan film seri Korea, Jepang dan Taiwan, termasuk serial ini yang dijiplak Buku Harian Nayla, U all should be ashamed of u’r selves. Cerita dan karakter memang bisa dijiplak sama persis, tapi pada akhirnya yang membedakan adalah kualitas.
